Commercial Tennat Build Out’s In City Place West Palm Beach

TRM Construction Management had begun construction on several demolition and tenant build-out projects. In the downtown West Palm Beach City Place area off of Rosemary Square. City Place has been a local hub for business and recreation in South Florida for nearing on 20 years. Many new businesses have begun moving into the City Place area as it is being revamped and renovated. TRM Construction Management has been contracted to complete both demolitions and remodels of several locations in City Place including Stores, Restaurants, and even public access bathrooms.
