Rick has played a major role in the developing of the new Safety Village that will be built in Port St. Lucie. He has helped guide the organizers through various stages of site planning, design, architectural concepts and zoning to move the process along. Rick and his team are the creators of the Fishing for Futures tournament to benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County. He helped raise thousands of dollars through this event for the Club. I have been working with Rick Miller and Paul Payne at TRM Construction Management for 6 months now. They are renovating both sides of a duplex rental apartment building for me which has involved a complete gutting and buildout/redesign of the interior, including plumbing, electrical, sheet rock, permitting and design.
Rick and Paul have been a pleasure to work with professionally. They both possess a strong work ethic and have been extremely diligent in both cost savings and efficiency. They both possess a vast knowledge of the industry, and it shows in the soon to be fully completed work.
I’ve got another duplex apartment in the same neighborhood which I plan to demo and renovate, and my plan is to work with TRM Construction Management again. The experience has been a good one!

It is a pleasure to recommend Rick Miller and his company, TRM Construction
Management, for construction management or general contracting of projects. I have
known and worked with Rick for over 35 years. He has construction managed and
built projects for me in Aspen (a twin home project which sold for in excess of $6
million) and a recently completed $3 million oceanfront hotel restoration. This
project was executed during winter conditions and required close coordination with
management as it was necessary for the hotel to remain in operation while the
renovation was performed.
Rick is one of the few construction management principals who is truly hands on.
There were many times when I reached him directly on his cell phone at night, on
weekends and in the field.
Hopefully you will have the opportunity to work with Rick on your project. He has
an exemplary knowledge of construction and construction management.
Smiths Interconnect employed TRM to renovate our new office premises which included
removing and installing walls, new restrooms, and electrical work. They were
knowledgeable with regard to codes and permits etc and managed themselves
throughout the project in a professional and courteous manner. The job took a little longer
to complete than expected due to supplies being delayed and changes by us to the
original plan but they were very accommodating to our new decisions and no
unexpected extra costs were incurred. Overall the job was completed to our expectations
and we would use them again in the future.
This letter is to confirm receipt of the donation for our K9 building as spelled out in a
contract agreement between the Saint Lucie County Sheriffs Office and TRM Construction.
The contract stated that TRM Construction reduced their fees by 3% ($11,978.00) and a
contribution of $14,210.00. This donation is complete, per the contract.

I am writing this to recommend TRM Construction for your next
project. They were very professional during and after the job. They
transformed a new store space for me into a wonderful store that my
customers love to come into and shop. We also did some upgrades with
Quartz on my checkout stand. They sent me to the stone company and
they helped me to pick out what I needed and stayed in my budget.
This was the 2nd time I have used TRM for my store build out projects.
They did such a great job on the first one that I had to use them again

This letter serves as confirmation that TRM Construction Management is an approved builder
by the Avalon by the Beach Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Rick Miller and his team
have successfully built 2 homes in the Avalon by the Beach community and is in good standing
with the Association. The Association and ARC are aware of and support TRM Construction
building a custom home for Mr. and Mrs. Fernandez on Lots 16 & 17.
Mr. and Mrs. Fernandez are in the process of receiving approval from the ARC for their custom
home design. Once the ARC approves that their home meets the Design Guidelines, TRM
Construction is free to begin construction once all the applicable permits are obtained.
