TRM and our client are moving along with the design of a new 17,000 SqFt under roof, custom home located in PGA Village. As a part of the pre-construction agreement TRM has combined two lots to accommodate the large square footage of our clients home. Once a floor plan is developed and agreed upon by the client, the architect begins work on the preliminary elevations. Our custom design-build team works closely with the client to value engineer the cost without sacrificing the quality of their home.
