TRM Construction Management was approached by the owners of a new UBreakIFix located in Vero Beach regarding the design-build of their new tenant space. Prior to bidding TRM in helping the owner with their team of designers to design a custom tenant space fitted for their business’s needs. In our next phase, we will handle is the bidding to provide our owner with accurate pricing prior to contracting us to begin construction.
