TRM Construction Management is in the pre-construction phase of a design-build project for a new restaurant, Open Container. The owners at Jensen Beach MHP called TRM with an array of projects to be design-built. Our team of designers have worked closely with the owners to meet Port St Lucie’s design specifications for this commercial corner lot, resulting in our newest design rendering to meet the municipalities’ requirements. Meetings have been conducted with the city throughout the pre-construction process, our last being on November 7th with an upcoming one on the 12th of January. This is all a part of our complete construction process, from design to completion.
