TRM Construction supports Food Bank
The first ever Dolphin Bar & Shrimp House golf tournament to benefit the Treasure Coast Food Bank will be held Saturday, October 26th at The Shores of North River Club in Stuart. A shotgun start at 11:00 am will get things started and will be followed with a reception and award ceremony at 5:00 pm.
Treasure Coast Food Bank is the largest hunger-relief organization and the only Food Bank serving Martin, Indian River, St. Lucie, and Okeechobee Counties. Treasure Coast Food Bank provides nutritious food and other essentials to nearly 100,000 individuals struggling with hunger each week. Through our network of more than 300 partner agencies and our own direct service programs, we distribute millions of pounds of food and meals a year to help solve hunger in our community.
With more than 20 programs, including a state-of-the-art production kitchen, Treasure Coast Food Bank not only addresses the immediate problems of hunger within our community but also focuses on health and wellness and assists with long-term sustainability for those we serve.
“This is going to be a great tournament for a great cause,” stated Rick Miller, Owner of TRM Construction Management. “We are excited to support the Food Bank and participate as a sponsor and team in their first golf tournament.”
100% of the proceed directly benefit children, seniors and families struggling with hunger in Martin County. If you would like to sponsor or play in the tournament, sign up at stophunger.org/play
