TRM Construction Management has completed construction on a beautiful 2-story, 2,700 square foot custom home located on North Hutchison Island on a beautiful property with both river and ocean access. On July 20th TRM turned over the keys to Mr. and Mrs. Seward who are the two new happy owners of a Florida Custom Home. TRM enjoyed closely working with the Sewards from the start of planning stages all the way to completion of the project. TRM’s involvement with the owners ensured that their custom wishes we’re met and questions were answered. The Sewards state “We do appreciate our new Florida home and thank you for all your efforts to work through this project”. TRM is happy to see a satisfied homeowner and look forward to completing several more contracted custom homes in Avalon Beach Estates.
