Ongoing Tenant Improvement Work at Orange Blossom Business Center Continues

“We are making progress,” stated Rick Miller, owner of TRM Construction Management, the company that was hired to fix the damage caused by Hurricane Irma. “It’s a massive job, but you can see the improvements daily.”

Irma dropped more than 20 inches of rain on Ft. Pierce and caused massive flooding at the Orange Blossom Business Center. Demolition and the drying out are complete; restoration is under way.

TRM has been installing new drywall in several of the businesses located at the Orange Blossom Business Center. They include: All Inclusive Therapeutic Services, Convey Health Solutions, Lab Corp, Atlantic Court Reporting and Jesus Center. Flooring, cabinets and new doors will follow the completion of the drywall. “Once we get to that stage, the business owners can begin moving back in,” added Miller.
