I have known and been working with Rick Miller and his team at TRM Construction Management for more than a year. I’m impressed with his commitment to quality control and dedication to getting each job done on time. Rick has played a major role in the developing of the new Safety Village that will be built in Port St. Lucie. He has helped guide the organizers through various stages of site planning, design, architectural concepts and zoning to move the process along. He has worked directly with local government officials, First Responders and other community leaders to help make the Village a reality. Rick and his team are the creators of the Fishing for Futures tournament to benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County. He helped raise thousands of dollars through this event for the Club. It was a tremendous undertaking and shows his commitment and dedication to the community and getting the job done. It is a pleasure to recommend Rick Miller and his company, TRM Construction Management, for construction management or general contracting of projects. I have known and worked with Rick for over 35 years. He has construction managed and built projects for me in Aspen (a twin home project which sold for in excess of $6 million) and a recently completed $3 million oceanfront hotel restoration. This project was executed during winter conditions and required close coordination with management as it was necessary for the hotel to remain in operation while the renovation was performed. Rick is one of the few construction management principals who is truly hands on. There were many times when I reached him directly on his cell phone at night, on weekends and in the field. It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Mr. Ted Miller. After Hurricane Irma we needed a solution to getting the office back operational and free from mold. Mr. Miller, his colleague Drew and his crew came in and assisted us in a timely manner. He was very professional and courteous during the entire process. Ted also devised a project plan on how we would overcome the obstacle that we were presented with and communicated along the way to ensure that we were satisfied. TRM’s team was always professional, prepared and punctual. Each day, Ted and his colleague Drew communicated the goal for the day and projection for the week. They arrived early ready to commence work and stayed late. They were extremely efficient and worked as a team to get the job done expeditiously and safely. Lastly, they were extremely courteous. Going through a natural disaster it was great to be greeted with a smile daily and assured that they would get the job done.
