TRM Construction Building in Avalon Beach Estates

Avalon Beach Estates is a beautiful custom home community located on North Hutchinson Island with both river and beach access.  The community offers spectacular views and amazing sunrises where homeowners can enjoy all the best that Florida has to offer.

TRM Construction is currently building a beautiful 2-story, 2,700 square foot custom home that features a 2-car garage and metal roof.  The custom-built home also features a stone paver driveway that leads up to the front entry.

TRM has also signed on to build 4 more individual custom model homes in Avalon Beach Estates, in connection with GelCorp. With the edition of these 4 custom homes TRM will now be the primary builder for Avalon Beach Estates.
