Renaissance Business Center

Watchdog Real Estate Project Management approached TRM on behalf of the owners to bid on the renovation of the Renaissance Business Park located in Fort Pierce. Previously known as the Orange Blossom Business Center, this building underwent severe flooding in the wake of Hurricane Irma in 2017. TRM was contracted to do 275,000 SqFt of remediation and remodel work post, Hurricane Irma.

 The new renovation at Renaissance Business Center will be a sure success in bringing new businesses to the Fort Pierce area. TRM’s expansive scope will include over 40,000 SqFt of tenant improvements, including demolition, and build-outs.
