New Project: St Lucie County Sherif K9 Training Center – Contract Finalization
On 2/13 TRM Construction Management, the St Lucie County Sheriff’s department, and the Ronald Woods Foundation held a virtual committee meeting to finalize the contract for the K9 Training Center. This project is now in the permitting phase and is set to begin construction in early March. This building will serve the community as a training center for the officers and their canines, that keep our community protected. It is being built with the help of Bill Theroux and his wife Maureen who are the primary donors and the ones responsible for bringing the idea to life, the Ronald Woods Foundation who have given a considerable donation to the construction cost, and TRM construction management who has both reduced our fees and contributed directly to the construction cost, totaling 26,000 dollars.
