TRM signs contract and receives final plans for Terrill Residence

TRM Construction Management has just signed a contract with the owner to build a 17,000 SqFt under roof, custom home located in PGA Village, Port St Lucie. TRM was signed on for this project’s design-build and is happy to have worked with our client up to the finalizing of the building contract. The final plans have just come in from our architects and they will be going out for permitting and bidding.
